Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... 銷棒按照一定順序安裝在攪拌軸上,物料在進(jìn)料泵的作用下進(jìn)入研磨腔,入口的設(shè)計(jì)是在驅(qū)動(dòng)連接法蘭的一端,物料的流向與機(jī)械軸承向反底端一方,大大減輕了機(jī)械密封的承受壓力,延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命,在攪拌軸高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中,物料和研磨介質(zhì)的混合物發(fā)生高效相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng),其結(jié)果,物料固體顆粒被有效分散、研磨,經(jīng)一組轉(zhuǎn)子縫隙分離過(guò)濾器后,得到優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品。
